Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for attracting high-caliber international students from Kenya.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, agents, and key stakeholders in Kenya.
Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, fairs, and outreach activities to promote our institution and programs.
Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance marketing materials, digital content, and communication strategies targeted at the Kenyan market.
Stay informed about immigration policies, educational trends, and industry developments to provide accurate information to prospective students.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in international student recruitment, particularly within the Kenyan market.
Strong knowledge of the education system in Kenya and familiarity with international admissions processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
